What do I need from an offer letter?

The Offers sheet uses the cash compensation, grant type, share count, strike price, vesting terms and company share information supplied with each offer.

Does it account for future dilution?

Yes. The Dilution sheet applies the financing-round assumptions in the workbook before the grant is valued at each exit.

How are offers compared?

The Comparison sheet adds four years of salary and bonus to the grant value at the selected exit for each offer.
