Which KPIs are included?
The KPI History includes cash, net burn, runway, MRR, growth, customers, churn and headcount, with definitions kept in a separate sheet.
Where can the numbers come from?
The workbook can read revenue from Stripe, accounting data from QuickBooks, cash from Mercury, or values from last month's sheet and a bank CSV.
Does the template send the update?
No. It drafts the update in the workbook for review. Nothing is sent from the template.
